That's why I combine patches from menglv, @Actver and @Ali.Dbg and block the telemetry IP's used for IDM to call home (and invalidating the license). When one fails, the others will remain standing. The last known fix that I used is this one, provided by @wenger20. : I used this patch which I used from IDM 6.32 b11 onwards, should be working for this version. Otherwise, you can monitor this website (http://www.qiuquan.cc/download/idm.html) for latest menglv fix.
