gvv
The Windows 10 1909 November 2019 Update is now available to download by subscribers on MSDN. A variety of versions are available, including Consumer and Business. Microsoft is not releasing a new SDK for the update, as it does not introduce any new APIs The update is relatively minor, and includes the addition of Windows Search to the File Explorer, the ability to activate 3rd party voice assistants on the lock screen, the ability to create appointments from the calendar fly-out, small notification improvements, and the ability for admins to bypass Windows 10 S app restrictions. The downloads can be found at the MSDN portal here. Source
