Reddit tightens anti-bullying rules and bans ‘incel’ group

Reddit clarifies its anti-murder and intimidation strategy by publishing clean guidelines on forbidden conduct on Monday. The modifications were created by customer feedback according to the administrator Landoflobsters to render stop harassment simpler.

The new strategy states that “no harassment is awkward, disagreeing or disagreeing with other customers.” According to the Policy, harassment is “threatening anyone; it leads to abuse of a individual or organization, follows them around the web, encourages others to do anything like this, or acts otherwise to prevent an appropriate individual from taking part in Reddit.”

Landoflobsters said that the old Reddit strategy needed “continuation” and/or “deliberate” conduct for administrators to act. “Reddit is a place for conversation. Thus, behavior whose core effect is to shut people out of that conversation through intimidation or abuse has no place on our platform,” Landoflobsters wrote.
