Karlston
Microsoft Edge Beta receives its first update since launch A month ago, Microsoft released the Edge Beta for users who were willing to try the new Chromium-based Edge but don’t want to take risks that come along with Canary and Dev builds. Microsoft noted that they will be following a 6-week update cycle for Beta channel and has released the first beta update today. The latest beta update pushes Microsoft Edge to v78.0.276.8 and brings a bunch of performance improvements, and new features. The new features include those which have been tested on Canary and Dev branches like tracking prevention and updates to the sign-in and sync options. The new update will download automatically but if you’re impatient then you can head to Help and Feedback>About Microsoft Edge and check for updates manually. If you’re interested in trying out Microsoft Edge Beta then you can do so from the Microsoft Edge Insider website.
