Online Armor Win7 Public Beta v. 4.0.0.14 released

As a number of people have reported problems with build 10, we've been hard at work updating and patching.

We plan to release this update soon, but I thought I'd make it available for anyone who is having any problems to try.

A few notes:

1 - The OA++ version does not contain the signatures, you should update signatures immediately.

2 - This is not release signed, so you may get an alert on Win7 and Vista. The released version will be signed fully.

3 - Please, do not circulate these links to download sites - this is not a generally available release.
