ale5000 Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 I have installed NOD32 2.51.26 - LAN Update Server and then NOD32 FiX 2.1; normal update works but when I try to enable mirror updates it say to click on settings to configure and when I click on settings it say that I must connect at least one time to update server before setting the mirror.What to do? nsane Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 yeah, i'm still trying to find what info the admin versions need from the update servers to allow access to that screen. but the only thing not available on the trial servers are component updates, internally updating to 2.51.26 and not using an installer for instance (they rarely do this tho). so i'm thinking it needs the info on the component files before allowing LAN updates :unsure:so you need to...1. un-install nod32 admin and the fix2. re-install nod323. use a valid update password with a retail server to get the info it needs (the PWs in the frontpage links should work)4. install fix as usualdunno how long access will last after the fix makes it an unlimited trial tho :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
