Lite or Slim edition basically means just the core OS, and all the rest of the bloatware removed. No idea about this release It will likely be very difficult to find a release with a detailed info regarding what has been removed, all tweaks applied, etc... Instead of asking for releases and the associated detailed info (and as said earlier) it might be a lot more useful for you to ask for some 'how-to' in order the learn how to make your own version, the way 'you' want it. Plus, these how-to can help other members too. Years ago I was looking for modded XP then win7 versions, sure there were some versions floating around but none was exactly as desired. The only way was at that time to learn how-to make my owns. As for win10, too many (bad) surprised are served by m$oft, like hidden telemetry and bloatware to stay on topic. Even if you find/make what you like, an undesired update might brake all. Might. Moved to linux. Win/linux are just OS, these layer not be as important as the applications you need/use. Build your own, put what you want in it, remove what you don't want, and be safe in the knowledge that, unless you have malware on your system, the resulting build is clean. And the knowledge you gather building it will assist you in fine tuning it to your exact liking. Many ISOs you find on the internet may be safe when they were originally made by some groups but have been poisoned by others who release them on various sites. I use to test all the releases, as a public service but gave it up some time ago, it is just too time consuming and I have other interests now. But be aware of that you have to go threw some steps before you can download iso file, or you can make a donation to get links directly. I use his ltsc version myself and its perfect for my needs. dcs18 Posted August 7, 2019 Share Posted August 7, 2019 Better to test-drive the untouched LTSC to determine what components you'd like to see removed — a judicial implementation of the firewall would prevent telemetry and careful configuration would ensure that unwanted components (bloatware) do not run at any stage. Once familiar with functioning of the OS, you can then decide which components to shoehorn from and which to slipstream into the OS.
