You know if Ultimate Defrag would get with it .. It would be nice to see 3. I have others .. but UD gets the job done without BS.. DK2010 I think would be my second and O&O would be third.. I ave all of them..

Its funny that they haven't updated their site with more info or removing the dates. But patience is a virtue. :)

Yeah true.. you know the only things I have noticed with version 2 on 7 is that it will occasionally have a few GB of defragmentation that it reports that isn't on the chart.. and isn't defragmentable..( if thats a word ) and the Boot Time Defrag isn't working... Just really looking for that .. oh and I wish I could defrag my Flash Drive with it.. I would like to just use one app, ya know..

Same happens on my XP. It didn't defrag some things but still reports fragmented some times even when on a drive with no page file etc.. Boot defrag has stopped working long time ago.

On my XP HomeEdition it always worked.. right up until the time I changed to 7.. never had a bit of problem except for the occasional same reporting problem.. but it was different and after a Boot Time defrag.. It would show about 3-8 GB of defragmented data and I would have to do a second Boot Time Defrag to get rid of it.. but it only happened like once every 5 times I ran Boot Time... which was pretty rare anyway..

Sacred Cultivator introduced me to Puran Defrag.. which I have been using on my 7 systems for Boot Time..

Was using Ultimate Defrag about a year back and faced the same issues.

Have migrated since to Diskeeper Pro Premier and then to Diskeeper EnterpriseServer due to the superior realtime (automatic) defragment technology.

You can try MyDefrag. It uses Microsoft API and its alot faster then in-built defrag

Perfect Disk 11 Server(Build 178) normally & Ultimate Defrag3 on a tight schedule(since its the fastest defragger) on my 2TB Barracuda LP
