Already the original W10MPCL.dll is damaged and some subprograms gives error report and cannot be used.
For example, here is the RegistryCleaner.exe error report

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Right now site is inaccessible. Still using v.3.0.3.

V.3.0.4 also with problems for me. Better to forget Windows 10 Manager...

The site is completely available. Maybe you've blocked it with hosts file?
%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
maybe there is something similar
127.0.0.1 www.yamicsoft.com
or
0.0.0.0 www.yamicsoft.com

i've updated the portable version from within W10M, haven't found any issues as of yet

Not much appears to have changed in the portable dated 01/04/19

image.png.5a3e00facd8ffebe9b7471924fa2c8aa.png

still using the patched .dll from v3.03

no need for any HOST editing, just block W10M.exe, LIVEUPDATE.exe will still work

I forgot about      0.0.0.0           www.yamicsoft.com           that I had posted before installation of v,3.0.3 in the « host file » and couldn`t have access to the site of Windows 10 manager. To uninstall v.3.0.3 had some problems too, but finally could install v.3.0.5.  For that had to use "Everything Search, Registry Workshop, CCleaner Pro, Kerish doctor 2019 and Reg Organizer, before the installation of v.3.0.5.

It`s working  !

There is no problem if you always make a backup of the files in the folder
%Appdata%\Yamicsoft
C:\Users\{Your username}\AppData\Roaming\Yamicsoft

before the installation ends.
Normally, the installer must automatically backup them, but for some reason it is not always done (sometimes is done) or some cleaner removes them like old/obsolete installer.
To uninstall the old version you need this file Windows10ManagerSetup.x64.msi or Windows10ManagerSetup.msi (if there is a 32-bit system). Other files from this folder not needed.
Now that you are going to uninstall the previous version, the problem is that the new installer or the installer will not find this old .msi file and will ask for its location from you. There is button "Browse", click it and give the path to this file and everything is done as should. After that there is no problems with installing never version.
It doesn't matter where you saved it, but now you need to use it when uninstalling. Now, if this (old) version is removed/uninstalled You can also delete these .msi files and before closing new installer, make new backup of files from folder
%Appdata%\Yamicsoft
C:\Users\{Your username}\AppData\Roaming\Yamicsoft

That's what You should do always and then is no problems with uninstalling.

Now this version 3.0.5 has more inconvenient things :- two .dll files appeared once the program was installed on the Start Menu. One is called  «1ClickCleaner» and the other one is called -«PrivacyProtector».

Strange...

Do You mean folder
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Yamicsoft
or simply
%Appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Yamicsoft
There should be the following shortcuts by default:

  1. 1-Click Cleaner
  2. Live Update
  3. Uninstall
  4. Windows 10 Manager

If You have something else, then is something wrong.
There shouldn't be nothing more and even these are not mandatory.
PS! I forgot to say in previous post, that there is also one another method to avoid the problem, when You can't instal new version, because can't uninstal the older.
Simply You don't have .msi of it.
If so then open registry editor and find uninstall info in registry.
It should be in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Windows 10 Manager 3.0.5
(or older version number)
Simply delete this key and if needed, restart explorer.exe and after that must be possible to install newer version, because now, if installer checks, it cannot find that there is older version installed and the files will be simply replaced with newer ones.
If You haven't looked at this key for a long, open it and if there is some older versions also still available, then if You really don't have them no more installed, simply delete these obsolete keys. If these keys stay there,  You may have problems even if You uninstall previous version, but still can't install newer. Still You will get message, that there is other version installed and it is needed to uninstall before can install newer.

Here is how You can use Windows 10 Manager Trial (it is unrestricted,  ie all functions works as in registered version) as long as You want and nothing not needed to disable and also no key not needed.
Simply start 20 days trial and if these days are over, You'll get notice, Trial is over, please regiter.
Now You must close the program, open registry editor and find this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
There are two subkeys/values on the right side (they are there only if You use trial version)
ENW10MExpired
ENW10MThreadingNum
Simply delete these keys and run Win 10 Manager and the trial period begins again from 20 day.
Or use this key:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows]
"ENW10MExpired"=dword:00000000
"ENW10MThreadingNum"=""

Using this You don't need any key and nothing not needed to block. It is the simplest Trial Reset

After installing , uninstalling, cleaning and installing again, some errors i said before still appear so, decided to return to previous v.3.0.3. After all I only use « 1-Click Cleaner » and it is the same v.1.7 on all versions...
