Portable Vivaldi

- Custom Portable Format (NSIS)
- Online Installers 0.8 MB
- The Online Installer downloads the current official version and uses it to generate the Portable version
- When a new official version is available, the Installer can be re-executed to update the Portable version
- It's highly recommended re-executing the Online Installer each time a new version/revision is available
- Settings of installed version should be preserved
- Multilingual

This version of 2.3 is finally a good one for stability with Ctrl+F -- unless you have a Mac, then maybe not.
