Having your email data in one of these databases is just a warning for you to change your passwords to it, if you haven't already done so.  My official email and logins require a password change every 90 days, but my personal email and logins I change every 6 months.  I use the same rules at home I have to follow at work,  that is a password can never be reused.  Both 1Password and KeePass have the ability to check all your passwords with HIBP password database, so if you use a password that is in the database you should change it.  That doesn't mean that the password was associated with one of your accounts, just that if someone were using a list of passwords made up from these releases that the password would be in the list.
