Man pulls shotgun on staff in McDonald’s

An Arizona man was charged with aggravated assault after pointing a shotgun at a McDonald’s employee because he was not served hot sauce with his french fries.

Antonio Alonso Ballesteros went through his local McDonald’s drive-through earlier this month, placing an order for fries.

But when he was handed his food,

Phoenix Police allege the 18-year-old was enraged by the hot sauce omission, so he parked his car and went into the store.

Once inside, he poured a soft drink on the employee who had served him, television station TMJ4 reported.

He then left the store but the unidentified victim followed him outside to try and take down his licence plate details.

When the woman arrived at his car, witnesses said Ballesteros pulled out a shotgun, chambered a shell, and pointed it at her.

The terrifying ordeal started over a packet of hot sauce.

Ballesteros was arrested a few days later, where he allegedly told police that he had been extremely upset over the hot sauce.

However, he claimed the worker was going to pour coffee on his SUV, which prompted him to threaten her with the shotgun.

He claimed he was just trying to scare the employee but didn’t intend to use the firearm.

No one was injured during the incident.
