someone Posted October 24, 2009 Author Share Posted October 24, 2009 Personally i think Kaspersky and ESET is not scoring good because they are mainstream.... you know... when you are at the top, you is the target. Kaspersky and ESET is the most popular AVs in the last years... so when malware writers is doing their job they always is more worried in evade detection of this two. But who knows? Now how much people use KAV/ESET? if you pack/obfuscate or anything like that and you defeat the best currently heuristics/detections methods, you already have a chance to defeat the others. I have never used v2 of ESET.I was not knowin about any AV called ESET before a year ago. When my PC was infected by a autorun virus. A chief in a manufacturing recommended to use ESET.
