BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese Vice Premier Liu He spoke on Tuesday with U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, exchanging views on pushing forward the next stage of trade talks, China’s Commerce Ministry said.
