No new Windows 10 Insider build until early next week, says Dona Sarkar

It’s now been a week since Microsoft last released a new Windows 10 19H1 build, but Windows Insiders will have to wait until next week at the earliest to get a new one. Indeed, Head of the Windows Insider Program has just announced that due to an issue with the latest build candidate, the team chose not to release a new build to Fast Ring Insiders this week.

Recent 19H1 builds introduced some great cool new features such as a brand new light theme, the ability to see at a glance which apps are using your microphone, as well as simplified Sign-in settings for Windows Hello, but we’re now ready for more exciting additions. Precisely, Microsoft is expected to announce a new Chromium-based web browser codenamed “Anaheim,” and according to Ars Technica an official announcement is said to be coming later this week. That will definitely pretty big news for the future of Windows 10, and we can’t wait to see if this new browser will ship in future Insider builds.
