It also targets the media outlets who purchase the illegal photos. The anti-paparazzi amendment takes effect in January.Action star turned California governor himself has been a victim of paparazzi.In 1998, the actor’s car was swarmed by photographer while he was picking up his child from school with wife Maria Shriver.Hollywood celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Britney Spears, Madonna and Pamela Anderson are constantly hounded by paparazzi groups.
