Bullshit! @apgupta You have to go here to get LTSB from official page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-10-enterprise

It is not good idea to use LTSB because it does not have Windows Store and your apps can not keep for example browser extensions.

That's why you use LTSB, because it doesn't have all the crap in it.  And what do you mean your apps don't keep?  Mine work fine, including my  browser extensions, and has been for two years.

That's just a 90 day evaluation version that quits working after 90 days.  The one from 'the eye' is the actual full msdn version from microsoft.  It is exactly the same as the iso file our IT department has.  I checked it last January.

That's what I thought too ?

I run ,since few years ,with the ltsb x64 v1607 (without edge , without store...) and everything goes as it should .

The next official version is expected to arrive this autumn (something like v1809...) ?

use S1ave77's tool to convert:

Site: https://www.upload.ee
Sharecode: /files/8581555/svf2iso.zip.html

After conversion you can easily get a digital license by using S1ave77's hwidgen.exe (or a fork)

I'd wait until 2019 LTSC comes out in September to replace 2016 LTSB

Ok I got my Win10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 Activated by using hwidgen.mk3.exe . But can someone tell me why is it(The Software) telling my system as Win10 Enterprise S and not win10 Enterprise LTSB . Bot versions are not the same. Also the key installed is NK96Y-D9CD8-W44CQ-R8YTK-DYJWX . I wonder if it is correct one or not? I mean belonging to win10Ent S or win10Ent LTSB 2016 ? Can someone let me know?

However, My system is correctly displaying correct OS.

'Enterprise LTSB 2016' is the name where EnterpriseS is the SKU (aka edition) flag. It's its own edition with different support from normal Enterprise.

EDIT: The key is the generic install key from MS (iirc LTSB has no Retail channel so the OEM_COA_NSLP is used.

TL;DR: All is as it should be :D .
