Also, when a user toggled/minimized once, it shouldn't expand until cookie is deleted or next login. This will save more scrolling all the pages. I hope you understand the content visibility and usability is important too. Also, many would've already blocked it using ad-blocker tools. Thanks... Expand The announcement has been made with the help of build-in options of the forums and extra plugin. Both of them do not provide any option to minimize it.
