You have already involved yourself by your-doing "in this mess" by: + spewing insults: "would not sink down to you're level." and + throwing rubbish: "if we posted something like that about other countries we would catch hell." It's not about winning or losing, but behaving like human bothers that we are. And presenting a logical argument, sans name-calling, with respect to the topic, the logic, the medium (forum), and the opponent. Thank you. I took it as a insult you telling me to go and post bad things about other countries and there is such a topic i see in the news right now . After the mods have told us time and time again not to do this and have closed 100s of topics down because of this, it's been happening every since i came back this time in 2014 that i know of. Looks like you guys would get the point it's not wanted here by the staff? I seen them have to close topics that were not even about politics because the members made them out to be. If you want to post bad things about other countries you do it , you seem to have no beef with posting them about the USA. Don't ask others to break the rules for you. See back in 2014 they use to allow it every day and i even seen people get ban because they was fighting about politics . It was around the time of the France bombings they started cracking down on the general news and it was not because of Anti American news. We have not done a blanket ban yet as we thought important news should not be censored. We however, hate propaganda from either of sides. My personal view is any propaganda should not spread, but that is not always possible as all the media sources who post news about politics have their own biases. At the same time, I request members to avoid posting any outright propaganda or biased news articles against anyone as it always goes against the belief that this forums is for everyone.
