The one from the official site isn't detected by any AV on VirusTotal (and digitally signed) : https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/9bdee97828744f724b362907c0b16d170b45f374ae173f5289c2f8307042349c/analysis/1514734135/ Also the app itself is a .NET Application and isn't obfuscated, it's also digitally signed. https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/c61fda865029b6a70b22725525ad5dfe5ab81f89843956912cd451d2b832f676/analysis/1485612616/ So we can say this app is safe, but not this setup.
