If the application is Alt-C from https://altcopy.net/ I think your downloaded setup is infected.

 

The one from the official site isn't detected by any AV on VirusTotal (and digitally signed) :

Also the app itself is a .NET Application and isn't obfuscated, it's also digitally signed.

So we can say this app is safe, but not this setup. You need to re-download it from the official site.

This certainly is from https://altcopy.net/ which I think is the official website of Alt-C.

Tried several times, but no luck. Something doesn't feel right. :(
