To understand the difference, you just need to open the page about:addons. pref("lightweightThemes.selectedThemeID",'[email protected]'); As you can guess, my theme is the (real or original) Compact Dark. But the trouble in fact, there aren't the same (theme between Firefox_v56 and Firefox_v57). And to resume : Why Mozilla didn't keep the original and create another theme ? It will avoid the confusion and it doesn't seem to be very complicated to provide 4 themes (only 3 at the moment). Why Mozilla can't be clever and just rename it ? It doesn't sound very complicated too sic... So I'm wonder how can we proceed in the aim to restore the previous theme ? It's possible to import (or replace) the files in the (archive) omni.ja ? ## Don't forget to add the path (at the beginning the folder of Firefox) \browser\omni.ja\chrome\browser\skin\classic\browser\compacttheme.css \omni.ja\chrome\toolkit\skin\classic\mozapps\extensions\extensions.css Apparently, those files are the first step (to take (or extract) from the previous version (such as Firefox_v56, etc)).
