Ive not used Diskeeper since the early 2000s really I dont really have no opinion about it. Most people dont use these 3rd party programs anymore they use the built in one most.. in polls i seen that were not warez sites . Well I like too use nothing in Windows that Microsoft makes much, because somebody else makes whatever better, but I understand why people use builtin products because there free whatever works for them I say. I prefer Linux over Windows 10 yeah but i dont really prefer it over Windows 8.1. I just dont like the direction M$ is headed and I am preparing for the future by leaning new OS . It's all a learning experience too me i been testing Windows software and setting up Windows OS for people for over 16 years and I just been learning Linux since fall of 2015 now.
