Polls just give us an idea. Thing is, I do believe previously we have done some things based much acceptance from members on polls, but when we implemented it, it did not receive much from users.

I think this is what should've happened:

  1. Nsane team gets more requests for the section
  2. More discussions for months/years
  3. Then someone created poll/activated existing poll and those requested before voted yes.
  4. Nsane team didn't consider poll yet.
  5. After long time new section is added
  6. After loosing many members who voted in that poll due to any/all of these: (downtime/hatred due to not opening section soon/any other reasons)
  7. The section doesn't get interest among nsaners.

Also known as bureaucracy in real. :P

Jokes apart. While it's concerning indeed at the slow pace we make changes, but one, the things I had mentioned, were probably not so slow to implement and second, the admins of this forum make no hasty decisions - this is Lite's quote, not mine here.

Having said all that, I too am busy. Let me first think about methods to get members interested into and actually know many actually require it.
