hakah
Whenever I start my computer, it shows the welcome screen and then the whole screen becomes black without showing any desktop icons. I cannot operate on any application except just the mouse-arrow showing on the screen. Is this problem due to system bug after its auto update at start/close of computer. I have tried system restore and trouble-shooting but failed. I then run Windows repair tool all-in-one by tweaking.com at Safe Mode and after the repair, the problem is still there and there is no change. Is there any suggestion or any means from any members to enable proper working of the machine? I just don't want to re-install the whole system again and I am afraid that all my files and folders will be removed as there is no backup of the system. If his method does not work then try uninstall driver method and see the result.

Guess windows 10 home has become creators update to so boot in safe mode with network go to control panel etc.. and update with Microsoft Graphic driver that should be in Microsoft update.
