Togijak
On Thursday, June 22, 2017, the Bundestag passed a series of amendments to the criminal and criminal procedural law on Thursday, June 22, 2017, against the vote of the opposition and two SPD deputies. The Federal Government's draft law "on the more effective and more effective implementation of criminal proceedings" (18/11277), as amended by the Legal Affairs Committee (18/12785), was adopted. A further draft law of the Federal Government "amending the Criminal Code, the Juvenile Courts Act, the Code of Criminal Procedure and other laws" (18/11272) was declared amicably agreed, the regulations were incorporated into the first draft law. Use of espionage softwareIn the future, the use of espionage software will be permitted for German criminal investigators. This is to take account of the fact that criminals are increasingly communicating with each other via encrypted messenger services. The source telecommunication monitoring (source TKÜ) is used to catch messages already in the sender's computer before they are encrypted. The online search makes it possible to unintentionally investigate the computer of a suspect for criminal offenses. There are strict conditions for admission as well as for the acoustical monitoring of living space, which is already permitted under the right of the court. The authorization of source TKÜ and online search was included in an amendment by the coalition parliamentary groups to the two draft laws of the government adopted by the Legal Affairs Committee on 20 June. a google translated part out of this souce https://www.bundestag.de/dokumente/textarchiv/2017/kw25-de-aenderung-stgb/511182 and this is a press reaction State Troopers: Bundestag has passed the most rigorous monitoring legislation of the legislature (updates)Soon the police will chop the whole smartphone instead of listening to telephone calls. straycat19
Nobody likes to think they have no privacy and that big brother is constantly looking over their shoulder, but let's be realistic. Prior to Motorola DynaTac in 1983, cell phones didn't exist (neither did the internet) and people basically didn't worry about privacy. That was in a book called 1984. So now we have these two entities and it is only natural that bad guys (terminology lumping hackers, thieves, etc into a single group) start using these for nefarious purposes. Gone are the days of phone phreaking and Kaptain Krunch using a whistle out of a Captain Crunch cereal box to make free phone calls on public telephones. People thought that was amusing, the only people that were hurt were the phone companies who had grown so big that Congress passed laws forcing them to break up into regional companies. But here we are 34 years later and the bad guys have really wrapped themselves around technology and the internet and if they are going to be stopped then law enforcement needs the tools in order to do so. People have a fear of Big Brother though, but in reality, if you aren't doing something wrong (terminology lumping all criminal activities into a single group) then you have nothing to fear. We live in a time when mental illness is flourishing, that is obvious by the number of people suffering from paranoia, a mental illness. So be aware that Big Brother is attempting to keep you safe the only way they can. We don't need more events like those in London happening around the world, we don't need to have our hard earned money stolen, or our personal data exposed by hackers without regard to what that may mean individually and personally. Just ask the customers of Ashley Madison. I sit here in amazement. I think back to my growing years and wonder, "how did I ever have any friends without a cell phone," "how did we ever communicate without texts and twitter and facebook," "how did we meet our girlfriends and wives without Match.com and all the other mating sites," and why did we have much less childhood personality disorders and even adult mental disorders? So have the two inventions, previously mentioned, really contributed much to our way of life, or have they created a road to our extinction.
