+ Configuration | Startup & Exit | Permanent startup path: Now you can state
a dual startup path, i.e. a startup path for each pane individually. Both
paths should be separated by a double pipe (||).
      General Syntax:
Startup Path Pane 1||Startup Path Pane 2
      Example:
        C:\||D:\
      Remarks:
      - Also the command line supports the new syntax.
      - Startup path handling has been rewritten from scratch to make this
        possible.
      - Remember that a conventional single permanent startup path will always
overwrite the last path of the *active* pane (which can be pane 1 or
        pane 2).

Any XYPlorer experts know if it now supports what Explorer has been able to do forever, and that's supporting the "root" feature?  So, for example, this switch for Explorer:

/root, \\server\share

Would open Explorer with the top of the tree honed in on \\server\share. XYPlorer doesn't seem to allow that.

No. Double tree is not planned...

I know well that post... my question was provocative, even in the sense that someone outside the manufacturer could make the change...
Basically it should be a simple option and not an imposition

Weird Keygen,, Shows my name.. but the serial line is blank until i type something in there and press the OK button then the serial show up. typing something different produces a different serial. Is it supposed to a number or a letter or combo or just doesnt matter..

edit.. run keygen, press OK... OK should really be Generate..would make more sense.

I thought it was pretty easy to grasp how it worked. I hope you're not thinking of applying for the Crystal Maze(!)

All you have to do is type into the top empty field, then press OK.

The lower empty field is where the serial is generated to.

Note that a different serial is generated each time you press the OK button, too :)
