if you had windows 7 service pack 1 iso then slipstream the so called service pack 2 :)

download first the ff: (on windows update catalog site)

click on it and then select the correct windows architecture 32 or 64

KB3020369 (April 2015 Servicing Stack Update)

kb3177467 (perquisite for convenience)

kb3125574 (Convenience Rollup)

kb2670838 (Platform Update)

KB2841134 (IE 11 )

using  NTLITE  free  intergrate the above hotfixes accordingly to get sp2

atleast you make it your own. instead of downloading this so called sp2 on the torrent or any other common user who built custom iso

without knowing whats inside the iso

Better off, and less hassle using Simplix like a sane person

Latest build isnt always in the OP on MDL, you usually have to hunt for it at the end

https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/simplix-pack-to-update-live-win7-system-integrate-hotfixes-into-win7-distribution.45005/

But if you go to the makers page (auto translated from Russian): its at the top:

https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=ru&tl=en&js=y&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fupdate7.simplix.info

Or here:

https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=&sl=ru&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.oszone.net%2Fthread-257198.html&sandbox=1

Which is where id also suggest you grab the Update 7 Integrator script....unzip, put Simplix update pack in the correct folder, and original Win 7 ISO in the correct folder, add any USB3/Mass Storage drivers etc that you want included to boot from USB3/Mass Storage in the drivers folder...and run the integrator script, answer a few prompts, and wait for a while...it spits out an up to date ISO for you. Note: Best not to try and use the updated ISO to integrate the next Simplix update pack into...always start with the original Windows 7 ISO, put new pack in integrator folder, and well...repeat...

KB3020369 is not needed, because is replaced by KB3177467.

He's correct though, KB3020369 was superseded by KB3177467 and has not been needed for some months. If your NTLite is still listing KB3020369 as a requirement then either you need to update NTLite or you need to download the newest version of KB3125574 as it has been reissued several times and the latest version is v4.

I will share my list of updates as well:

windows6.1-kb4019264-x64_6a49acc5cc9bb164a1729679d472a589b5552f0f.cab (May Security Monthly Quality Rollup).
Windows6.1-KB3177467-x64.msu (‎Servicing stack update for Windows 7 SP1).
windows6.1-kb3125574-v4-x64_2dafb1d203c8964239af3048b5dd4b1264cd93b9.msu (Convenience rollup update for Windows 7 SP1).
Umdf-1.11-Win-6.1-x64.msu (User-Mode Driver Framework version 1.11 update for Windows 7).
kmdf-1.11-Win-6.1-x64.msu (Kernel-Mode Driver Framework version 1.11 update for Windows 7).

If you want you could also try including these:

Windows Update Agent v7.6.7600.320. (Google before using as this has been known to cause problems).
KB4018271: Cumulative security update for Internet Explorer: May 9, 2017. (I usually keep IE disabled so I've never used this).
