Togijak
First of all go to some VPN compare sites and look what you like https://privacytoolsio.github.io/privacytools.io/ https://thatoneprivacysite.net/vpn-section/ https://www.deepdotweb.com/vpn-comparison-chart/ https://torrentfreak.com/vpn-services-anonymous-review-2017-170304/ After this get a free trail from your favorite VPN and go first to this side http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check and look at the results. Some VPNs are used from users to do unwanted things and the result is that the IP get blacklisted (I had the problem often with AirVPN). There is also a speed test http://whatismyipaddress.com/speed-test but you can use every speed test side you prefer. One of the next points is to look at DNS leak on sites like https://www.dnsleaktest.com/index.html https://www.dns-oarc.net/oarc/services/dnsentropy ore https://ipleak.net/ And for me another important test is to go here http://witch.valdikss.org.ru/ to find out the visit side can see you are using a VPN. Some sides like PayPal etc. don’t give you access as long you are using a VPN. If you find all results OK and like the price = buy it
capt_blake
Kaspersky Internet Security (I have v2018) straight out blocks http://witch.valdikss.org.ru/ --> with the message "HEUR:Exploit.Script.Generic". Well, that should not be much of a surprise, for what the site attempts to achieve...I did not know about this one. Thanks!...
