Freethinker
It's been proven true that - "Nations get the government they deserve" by the very fear and failure of the people being oppressed by such dictates, to rise up against them; and while the Chinese may not have the "voice" to effect a change peacefully, they could choose to unite to effect a change forcefully. Their leaders, who obviously fear the possible influence of exposure to knowledge and information provided by the Internet - especially at a time when others are taking a stance - are not bulletproof.
