how to separate download and upload traffic between 2 adapters

I'm looking for a way to use 2 network adapters and set one for upload and other one for download only, for the whole OS or only a specific program, using Windows 10 x64. any thoughts?

Merge connections and use new adapter for both ups and downs. Its much easier to do with Server versions but can also be done on 10 x64.

Or if you have a router you can use it to specify which program uses what adapter

I considered all options before posting here. and i don't care what's harder or easier, just to get the job done.

My personal opinion is Server 2016 and use NIC teaming to merge both adapters into one. Then ups and downs are consolidated.
