Let's see the change log for updates. The update package KB3206632 is a new cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1511 and Windows 10 build 10240. You can get this update by visiting the page Settings -> Update & recovery -> Windows Update. In Windows 10 version 1511, it raises the build number to Windows 10 build 10586.713. Its change log looks as follows: Improved reliability of Internet Explorer. Addressed issue with AppLocker failing to check for certificate revocation while verifying the binary signature.
