With all due respect to the author and the source, but i think downloading dlls from the internet isn't a good idea, here have a read at this Why You Shouldn’t Download DLL Files from the Internet. Besides each time i use one of the aforementioned sites the problem won't go away, it will throw another error at you. And that's just my experience don't know if it's anybody else's.

Anytime I run into a missing dll file I first check one of my laptops to see if the file is there so I can transfer it.  If it isn't then I ask a friend to check his/her systems to see if they have it.  One or the other has always solved the problem without going to a site/person I don't know or trust to provide a dll file (which by the way is executable)  which could infect my system with some type of malware. It is hard to trust a site that wants to give you something for nothing or that wants to have you download/buy a program that will fix your dll problems.  There is nothing wrong with being overly suspicious and avoiding these sites because only an idiot would trust them explicitly.
