Getting an "untouched" Windows XP SP3 might not be the best option.

An option might be getting a Windows XP SP3 updated at least to April 2014, but it's not easy. Links are banned too fast by host sites and new releases are getting too hard to find.

Another option is to get an "SP4" update pack. Of course, SP4 is NOT a Microsoft release so you won't find it at MS website but it appears in a lot of other sites.

Some days ago I saw on another forum an application called Windows XP NeoMAX Edition 2016. It includes all security patches. When I saw your question, went back to check but link was dead, so making a google search found it at this site

http://mastergomaster.com/windows-xp-neomax-edition-2016/

You can follow the download link to get the proper file. If any problem, feel free to PM me.

Take note that I've never downloaded it.
