What service Windows 10 connects to geo-prod.do.dsp.mp.microsoft.com domain?

Hello.

 

I disabled all services Windows 10 that are trying to connect to the Internet. Only one remains which is connected to a domain geo-prod.do.dsp.mp.microsoft.com. Tell me what kind of service and its location in the register?

Ok. I've already figured out geo-prod.do.dsp.mp.microsoft.com domain. This connection uses DoSvc "Delivery Optimization Service". I disabled it and now Windows silent.
