The porn-surfing fridge was spotted by maverick business, John McAfee in a Home Depot shop. The IOT…. do you believe me now? Pornhub on a refrigerator. What, in our current cybersecurity paradigm, accounts for this? pic.twitter.com/po5MezPjzJ — John McAfee (@officialmcafee) October 2, 2016 “The [internet of things]…. do you believe me now?” wrote McAfee. “Pornhub on a refrigerator. Watching porn on refrigerator looks somewhat difficult. Wonder how the company will sell this product and who would want. luisam
I don't quite understand the issue. So, the refrigerator has a computer incorporated with a monitor, connected to internet. Nothing revolutionary, I've seen refrigerators with TV years ago. The funny point is that the manager of the Home Depot happened to browse PorHub. I'm not sure if it's a really intelligent sales politics, but, well, maybe he knows better. Just the same way, if you don't like PorHub, you can use a computer for anything else.My wife has always her iPad at hand in the kitchen connecting mainly to Facebook, YouTube, Whatsup and Twitter, verifying her email and doing her banking on-line: yes, all these directly from HER kitchen. Actually an applicaton on a "kitchen computer" to manage an updated inventory of your available food, recipes and ingredients you should buy etc. might be really useful and I'm quite sure there is one. Probably most uses for a computer on your refrigerator should be more intelligent than watching PornHub.
