µtorrent bad ip µpdater

I created a batch file to use with wget to update µtorrents blocked IP filter

I also created an installer 745 KB (that includes wget)

uTorrent_IP_Filter_updater

Set ipfilter.enable to true in µtorrent's Advanced Options.

To reload ipfilter.dat without restarting µTorrent, simple set ipfilter.enable to false, then to true again.
