HandyPAF
Just got a new laptop. So far my security setup is:Real-Time ProtectionESET Smart Security (best choice imho)Immunet Anti-Malware (works with real-time av)Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit (no one likes being exploited)On-Demand ScanningTrojan Remover (to remove nasty viruses)SUPERAntiSpyware (just to make sure)Spybot - Search & Destroy (still a top-notch app)Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (saved my PC a few times before)Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (for stubborn virus infections)Extra Precautions & OtherPeerBlock (filter IPs based on subscription lists)BTGuard Proxy (for when I download torrents)SpywareBlaster (prevent infection using built-in browser settings)MVPS HOSTS File (this is a no-brainer)Custom IPFilter List (ipfilter list for uTorrent/P2P)Some of these are situational (only used as needed)If I missed anything, I'll add it later. OS is 8.1 x64 so no Sandboxie :(
spinalgr1998
why no Sandboxie ?
HandyPAF
Didn't work on my x64 OS. Installed fine but gave an error when I tried running the program. Then after uninstalling, couldn't get internet to work. It would be connected to my wireless network but wouldn't load webpages. Can't remember how I fixed it so my wifi would work again but I'm not going to try and get Sandboxie to work. Don't think there's a working fix for it on x64 systems.
