Please try these primary troubleshooting steps: Please read Sys Req for this application here. If it is not applicable, then that should be the issue. Try re-installing the program. If that doesn't work, check with a different device. Please do read FAQ here, esp Q6. Also, read the tutorial here. Check if there any AV/Security/Firewall program conflict. Also, check with Task Scheduler & Event viewer. If nothing works, even on another device, then it is a crap s/w.
