I installed kaspersky internet security on my girlfriends phone and its going good so far.

i have eset on my phone  like the lost phone feature as well as the block phone numbers and lock the phone upon insertion of different sim card....as well as once reported stolen the phone will begin to silently take pictures and forward those pictures to their severs as well as it's gps coordinates

I found out the hard way that none of these anti-theft features work if the mobile thieves switch the phone immediately and then go and flash it. Some people caught here couple of years ago were also changing IMEI numbers of phones. If none of that worked, these people would remove the individual parts of the phone and then sell them. This is how this all is.

although i agree with you on point...the average "lost phone" is not "found" and used by someone so sophisticated as to know about and to and know how to do the above points you mentioned... for me at least the other features eset has make it worthwhile
