Internet not working after new software

I downloaded EaseUs Todo Backup. My internet stopped working, when I uninstalled the Internet worked. I have allowed it to go through firewall, but still nothing.

I have Windows 8.1

i got a code from bitsdujour.com

when I installed it, I kept all original settings.

i use Windows firewall.

Maybe the file EaseUs_Todo_Backup have a trojan included?, you has getit of a source trust?

I'm just confused as to why my internet stops working when installed, but works after installed.

 

yes it's from a trusted source, I even tried the trial version from their website.
