Looks like the tool from ERIC59 works at the moment (don't know how long). I installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium 2.0.4.1028 from my archive. Don't run after installation. Copy the tool to the program folder and run as administrator. After this you can start Malwarebytes AM but you have to exclude the tool from the scan

 

 

 

and now you can run Malwarebytes AM licensed

 

 

 

The license was OK after software update to newest version but I can't say how long it works. In a original lifetime license it looks like this
