The middle-aged woman, who was not identified, sought help at a fire station in Padua, near Venice, according to reports. She told firefighters she lost the key to a lock, prompting the Italian firefighters to ask for her address. But, instead of informing the men where she lived, the woman revealed a padlocked chastity belt around her waist, the Independent reported. Italian media reported the woman told firefighters she wore the belt to prevent her from entering into intimate relationships.
