Holmes Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 I dont want to jump in the middle of yours arguement I do see when I first clicked on the article its like what I mentioned in my post I posted hackers derailed a train they didnt derail the train they could dMog told me misleading header I changed it to reflect what it correctly means you should do the same thing steven its not goodbye internet exxplorer its goodbye older version of internet explorer just letting you know. You have the same problem misleading header. I have seen alot of misleading headers in articles on this forum and we the users (meaning if you post in article in the future say what the article is getting at what it means if the article made mistakes dont copy them no harm no foul just rename the header Im not complaining Im just letting you know and everyone that reads this know and from my hackers derailed a train mistake that I made Im going to make sure I dont have misleading headers in the future when I post articles. When I make posts I dont include any of what what the source says if you do whats the point of posting a source the point is its in the rules there is no rule that I have to post whats in the source on the page. If I was a post whore my number of posts would be one thousand two thousand right now easily. How many posts have I contributed where I have helped users or offered to ALOT show me a post where I did this omfg by itself or thats dumb by itself there are none. Its not against the rules to do what you did it is a courtesy to your user friends in this forum to not waste there time clicking on a article all because you wanted to bait them into reading it. All users the new users are going to getting upset and might post negatively some users are going to get it and know its click-bait before hand some are not you dont want any arguements from additional users do you. Hell IE has been dead to me since 2006 . I don't use IE so i could care less what it says up there . I'm not not that net picky. But it effects people i knows work and I don't like that part of it. These topics are not meant to attack the poster over what they post. there meant to discuss what the topics about . if people didn't know IE11 was going to be around for awhile longer to begin with.. there out of touch with reality . Too me most all Microsoft topics are click bait to try to get me to update to windows 10 . There like commercials to me that promote windows 10 but i don't fuss at the poster about it.
