There is no record of microsoft being taken to court specifically for not handing over data because the government requested it (companies do have a right to say no to someone that requests data avast just said they would not provide data if they were asked there are evidence where companies were requested to give data and didnt and if that case were one out of all requests how many a thousand only one case gets taken to court if they got taken to court over refusing to give data away there would be thousands of cases not just one. Im not talking about the laws you just went off on your own wild tangent for no reason *facepalm*.

Guys, let me ask you something!

What the Hell do you keep in your PCs, that you're so concerned about Microsoft is spying you?

Do you keep military secrets? Nuclear bombs plan-sheets? Are you billionaires and you are afraid to get poor? C'mon! All these discussions are just dust in the wind. A kind of bla, bla, bla... Look at me how smart I am, cause I've tweaked my firewall... I block X... I block Y... I don't update...

How about just not liking being spied on? I'm not just some dumb consumer who's sole value is to be marketed to and suck on the teet of whatever garbage Facebook, Bing, Google etc say I should like. I'm not a damn sheep.

If you want to use "Nothing to hide, nothing to fear" logic then put a webcam in every room of your house and stream every second to YouTube publicly. You don't care, right?

Those who invented that phrase were none other than Nazis. Actual Nazis, not some over exaggeration. ... and guess what? People who didn't have something to hide still got harassed and persecuted.

No wonder we're losing our rights around the world. The governments and corporations don't even have to use force, because the sheeple just love their chains like good little slaves.

The best slaves are the one that think they're free.

I am afraid that I was misunderstood... So, few words more, will be welcomed...

Somebody who really has something to hide from NSA, FBI, or other law institutions, he will never use anti-spy programs like those posted here. He will use other methods, much more sophisticated.

When I said that I have nothing to hide in my PC, I'm talking about usual things which we all we have... pirated programs copies... cracks... keygens etc, which is not a surveillance target for the above mentioned institutions. Do you think that Microsoft don't know that already?

Go tell Kim dotcom that witch may be extradited to the US and spend the rest of his life in prison . Or all the people who got busted on the German warez forums . Or IMAGiNE release group having to pull years in prison . The FBI and other World law institutions are behind it all . Every year The MPAA and the RIAA and who ever protects software developers go right to the governments and report everyone, Its effecting everyone .
