The 64 bit OS prompted for a Signed Driver. Therefore, the installation is not a success there.

Anybody observed the same (for Windows 10 X64)??

It is signed (it has digital signature) , but not WHQL signed / certified

Yes file itself is digitally signed, but driver thing is not signed (or WHQL certified). So, continue anyway not working. Driver installation fails in Windows 10 x64.

It works fine here (it showed a window if I want to install the driver and I clicked ok - installation was completed successfully), but needs new reginfo.

I haven't tried CORE's old keygen

Then your system is patched to take unsigned drivers, I guess. So far I know, 64 bit windows never accepts non WHQL certified drivers. Even for 64 bit WinPE making, the system needed patching (from Winbuilder) to add unsigned drivers within this.

Old CORE-Keygen only works with 11-version. not in 12(new)-version anymore .

Have to use the patch for 12-version, works great in Win7 x64, but did not noticed improvements, compared with 11-version......

DFX Audio Enhancer 12.010 Adds free Setup + Fix exe

Workaround Disable / Enable Driver Signature Enforcement

Windows 7 & 8:

1. Disable Driver Signature EnforcementCommand Prompt (Admin)bcdedit /set testsigning on2. Restart PC taking the effect3. Install dfx12Setup4. Apply Fix5. Enable Driver Signature Enforcement (Back to Normal)Command Prompt (Admin)bcdedit /set testsigning off6. Restart PC taking the effect7. Done

Windows 10:

a. Settings --> Updated & Security --> Recovery --> Advance Startupb. Once selected, you will see an advanced startup section appear on the right hand side. You will need to click on the “Restart now” button.c. Once your Computer has rebooted you will need to choose the Troubleshoot option.d. Then head into Advanced options.e. Then Startup Settings.f. Since we are modifying boot time configuration settings, you will need to restart your computer one last time.g. Here you will be given a list of startup settings that you can change. The one we are looking for is “Disable driver signature enforcement”. To choose the setting, you will need to press the F7 key.

Tested working Windows 10 Pro x64

@hawk007, please don't confuse WHQL signature with digital signature.

A driver can be digitally signed by the developer without WHQL signature/certification and can be installed in x64 Windows 7/8/8.1/10.

For example: NVIDIA's beta drivers, don't have WHQL signature/certification, they are though digitally signed by NVIDIA and can be installed in x64 OS

Another example: My ASUS Xonar DX driver has digital signature by C-Media and can be installed in x64 Windows 10. It doesn't have WHQL certification.

Thus when you install a non WHQL driver that has digital signature you may see a prompt that asks you if you want to install the driver (it also has a check box, if you want to always install drivers that come from the developer that signed the driver).

My Win 10 x64 is not patched or modified and I haven't enabled test mode.
