Batu69
Although Windows 10 build 10565 just released for both fast and slow ring users, a fairly intriguing feature looks to be on the horizon that will offer users the ability to send SMS messages from their desktop using Cortana. If you check out the video below, you can see that the experience is seamless and works well. Much like other Cortana interactions, you ask Cortana to send out a text message and in response, she will ask who you want to send it to and what the message will be. After confirming the message, the text will be sent. Naturally, you can use your voice or if you feel the need, you can type the message using your keyboard. The feature will also offer the ability to alert users of missed calls. Naturally, you will have to have a Windows Phone tethered to the PC to gain this functionality.Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LY4q3TSOdX8Windows 10 Sending SMS from the desktop with CortanaFor those not currently using the latest build of Windows 10, signing up as a Windows Insider will enable you to download the latest preview build.
