AVG Another Virus Got By :think:You didn't read both tests that were posted. In the File Detection Test of Malicious Software and False Positives AVG comes in next to last. This test is a real world test which means in the real world you don't always run into everything that they threw at it in the previous test. As well as 4 times a year and every year regularly (2 time File Detection tests; 2 time Heuristic Behavioral tests) at the beginning of 2006 until the end of 2013...Antivirus companies are participating voluntarily in these tests of AV-Comparatives. After 2013, GDATA did not want to participate in the testing.Refer to visit the site AV-Comparatives! It is the most respected antivirus testing organization in the world. AV-Test is the best since it doesn't rank the software, it just tests them and posts the results. You have to read to decide what is best. Personally I don't use any since they just open more possible holes in your system. 99% of the systems that have been compromised have a security suite installed on them and it did nothing to stop the compromise from occurring.
