Administrator DKT27 Posted October 6, 2015 Administrator Share Posted October 6, 2015 I can recommend VNC but that again is mostly useful for showing PC on Android. For your requirements, I found two of them by Googling. One of them seems not updated anymore and another one can be found in this page. However, as mentioned, you need to root your phone unless you have newer Android. Another option is mentioned on this page but it's similar.Alternatively, you can get a screencast supported hardware and such.

smallhagrid
This has been a quest of mine since my very 1st Android device with its itty-bitty screen...Too much of this stuff demands using chrome - which I will not use.Aside of that stuff, I've tried about a dozen different ones and found none that are really great.(Most are very laggy.)When I do mirror the little screen to the big one I now just use VNC along with ShareKM.This works well enough via USB & ADB.If I need to use the little screen for typing and don't want to bother mirroring it the easiest way is to just use ShareKM alone to enable KB & mouse control of the tiny screen.(Having a USB cradle is also very handy for desktop usage....)https://sites.google.com/site/droidskm/http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2176712If anyone has a favourite non-chrome way of screen mirroring that is better and non-laggy I'll be very curious to hear of it.Thanks.
