Well some of them open the sign ups (like Demonoid) every once in a while so that new members can come in without an invite. If a tracker has an open sign up, no invite is needed. Invite required - no.Closed sign ups - users are not free to sign up. Invite required - yes.I made a post telling everyone what trackers (torrent sites) were open so they could sign up without needing an invite. This is especially useful for those who don't have many friends that can't invite them. Basically, if you don't know someone who can invite you to a torrent site, you wait for it to open so you can sign up. If I tell you when it's open, I help you out.
