Mexican drug lord El Chapo is hiding in Costa Rica

Joaquin Guzman, also known as El Chapo, has been on the run since July 11, when he escaped from a maximum detention prison in Mexico. Now, his son has tweeted out his dad's location via Twitter.

Guzman, considered the most powerful drug dealer in the world by the United States and Mexican authorities, has managed to pull out a movie-style prison break.

Using a tunnel dug through the showers' floor, that went under the prison, and riding a bike (inside the tunnel) to get quickly away, Guzman managed to escape and avoid authorities ever since.

No news surfaced about his location, and Guzman seemed for a long period of time to have evaded authorities and returned to his former position as boss of the Sinaloa Cartel.

While law enforcement agencies played a guessing game when it came to his whereabouts, they got a helping hand from El Chapo's technically-challenged son this past Tuesday.

On August 31, Alfredo Guzman, El Chapo's son, had the bright idea of tweeting out a picture while at dinner.

In the photo (attached to this article), he hid the faces of all persons he was at dinner with, but mistakenly or not, allowed for half of the face of the man to his right to show.

This man looks very much like his father, which makes us ask: why didn't he turn off geolocation data for his account?

Doing it to ridicule authorities, or not, Mexican police now have a lead on the famous El Chapo drug lord, which according to the tweet below, has fled Mexico and is now hiding in Costa Rica. Way to go Alfredito!
